Your Agreement With SeniorDatingSenior

SeniorDatingSenior ("we," "us," "our") operates a farmer dating site at seniordatingsenior.com (the "Service") for rural singles seeking long-term companionship. By registering an account, browsing profiles, or using any feature of the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with us on the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

We reserve the right to request proof of age and to terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Account Creation and Member Conduct

When you create an account, you agree to:

Prohibited Conduct

1. Posting false, misleading, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content in any profile field, photo, or message.
2. Harassing, threatening, stalking, or intimidating other members, whether on the Service or after moving to other channels.
3. Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity, age, location, marital status, or farming background.
4. Using the Service for commercial purposes, including advertising, solicitation, romance scams, or the promotion of goods and services.
5. Soliciting money, gifts, bank details, cryptocurrency, or other financial information from any member.
6. Uploading viruses, malware, scraping tools, bots, or any code designed to interfere with the Service.
7. Attempting to access other members' accounts or data, or bypassing our security, verification, or rate-limiting systems.
8. Sharing content that involves minors, violence, illegal activity, or sexually explicit material.

We investigate reports within 24 hours and may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate membership at our discretion.

Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

Creating an account and browsing profiles on SeniorDatingSenior is free. Premium features - such as unlimited messaging, advanced filters, and priority visibility - are available through a paid subscription billed monthly in U.S. dollars.

We believe in transparency. Subscription prices are shown clearly before you are asked to pay, and billing renews automatically only when you have expressly opted in to auto-renewal. In August 2025, a major competitor agreed to a $14 million FTC settlement over deceptive subscription practices; we publish these terms in plain language specifically to avoid any confusion of that kind.

Your billing rights

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after cancelling.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection law and the refund policy disclosed at checkout.
• You will receive an email receipt for every charge.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 30 days and we will review your account.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

SeniorDatingSenior provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to verify members and protect the community, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any profile, the compatibility of any match, or the outcome of any conversation, date, or relationship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service - including emotional distress, lost profits, lost opportunities, relationship outcomes, or financial losses resulting from interactions with other members. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by visiting your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. We will delete or de-identify your profile data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, put other members at risk, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. Sections covering liability, billing obligations that have already accrued, and these Terms themselves continue to apply after termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as laws, features, or community standards change. When we make material changes, we will notify active members by email and post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
